Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • ½ cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup tomato chopped

Instructions 

  1. Layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom of a large bowl.
  2. Add a layer of thawed peas over the lettuce.
  3. Spread a layer of mayonnaise over the peas.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mayonnaise.
  5. Add a layer of chopped red onion.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon.
  7. Finish with a layer of chopped tomato.
