Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Marinara Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a mini meatloaf.
  4. Place the mini meatloaves in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes, top each meatloaf with marinara sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
