  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper. Stir in the milk until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and toss gently to coat.
  5. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
