Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Rotini pasta
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Sliced black olives
- 1 cup Cubed mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Salami, chopped
- ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Pepperoncini, sliced
- ½ cup Italian dressing
1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella cheese, salami, red onion, and pepperoncini.
3. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
