Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Balls halved
  • 1 cup Sliced Salami cut into strips
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives pitted
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Basil Leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, sliced salami, kalamata olives, red onion, and basil leaves.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Transfer the salad to a serving platter and serve immediately.
