Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Topping

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in milk until smooth. Pour over apple mixture.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
