Apple Oatmeal Crisp

Filling
- 6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
