Asian Chicken Salad

Salad
- 2 cups Shredded Chicken Cooked
- 2 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Cucumber
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
Dressing
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, chopped cilantro, and chopped green onions.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
