Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 can Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 green onions Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic and onion, cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
