- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 can Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 green onions Green Onions, sliced
- 1 head Butter Lettuce
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
Add garlic and onion, cook until onions are translucent.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
