Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage green or red
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup sliced green onions

Dressing

  • 0.25 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
