Aussie Works Burger Recipe
A classic Aussie burger loaded with all the works, including beetroot, pineapple, and a fried egg.

Burger Ingredients
- 4 beef patties
- 4 burger buns split and toasted
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 slices pineapple grilled
- 4 slices beetroot canned
- 4 fried eggs
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 lettuce shredded
- 1 onion sliced and grilled
- to taste ketchup
- to taste mayonnaise
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Cook the beef patties on the grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
3. While the patties are cooking, grill the pineapple slices and onion until they have nice grill marks.
4. In a frying pan, cook the eggs sunny-side up.
5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
6. Assemble the burgers: Place a beef patty on the bottom bun, followed by a slice of cheese, grilled pineapple, beetroot, fried egg, tomato, lettuce, grilled onion, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Top with the other half of the bun.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
