- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon butter chilled and cubed
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Gradually add the milk, mixing until you form a soft dough.
Shape the dough into a round and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
