Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking.
While the patties are grilling, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
Assemble the burgers: Spread peanut butter on the bottom bun, add the patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and a dollop of mayonnaise. Top with the other half of the bun.
