- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 2 slices Tomato
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado and tomato.
Once the bread is toasted, layer the avocado slices on one slice of bread.
Top with tomato slices, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
Place the second slice of bread on top and serve immediately.
