- 4 Eggs hard-boiled
- 2 Avocados ripe
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.
