  • 2 pcs Avocados ripe
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl.
  3. 3. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
