- 1 sheet Pie crust store-bought or homemade
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spread the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
