  • 4 slices Bread sourdough or ciabatta
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 piece Apple thinly sliced
  • 100 grams Brie cheese sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the panini press.
  2. 2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. 3. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  4. 4. Layer brie, apple slices, and bacon on the unbuttered side of two bread slices. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  5. 5. Place the sandwiches in the panini press and cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
