  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped

Instructions

  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. 3. Stir in the cheese, bacon, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a greased skillet.
