Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. In another skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
5. Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each chicken breast and let it melt.
6. Assemble the sandwich: place chicken with melted cheese on the bottom bun, add bacon slices, and top with the other half of the bun.
