Instructions
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.

Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon pieces.
