  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Red onion diced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peas, bacon, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
