Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
