  • 1 bunch Kale washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss kale with olive oil and salt.
  4. Spread kale on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.
