Lobster tails

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center to the tail, and pull apart the shells slightly.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
