  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup dried fruit optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the dried fruit if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Store in an airtight container.
