- 4 pieces Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 loaf French bread sliced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place sliced French bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Top each slice of toasted bread with the tomato mixture.
Serve immediately.
