  • 4 pieces Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 loaf French bread sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place sliced French bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Top each slice of toasted bread with the tomato mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
