Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
  2. 2. Add barbecue sauce, beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until beef is tender and easily shredded.
  4. 4. Shred the beef with two forks and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker.
  5. 5. Serve on sandwich rolls or buns.
