Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 small Cabbage chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the chopped cabbage and sliced carrots. Continue to simmer for another 20-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
