- 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
3. Add beef, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl. Toss to coat.
4. Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces.
5. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
