Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Do not drain the fat.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuit pieces.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
