Instructions

  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting it to spread the batter evenly.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
