BLT Pasta Salad Recipe
A refreshing and easy-to-make pasta salad with the classic flavors of a BLT sandwich.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and chopped romaine lettuce.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
