Blueberry Syrup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ cup Water
Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until blueberries break down and the mixture thickens.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer to remove the solids.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
