Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1 large Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans, pinto beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
