  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • ¼ cup Green Onions sliced

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped bok choy, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
