- 4 cups Bok Choy chopped
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- ¼ cup Green Onions sliced
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped bok choy, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
