Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef bones
- 1 Onion, quartered
- 2 cloves Garlic, smashed
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 10 cups Water
1. Place the bones in a large pot and cover with water. Add apple cider vinegar and let sit for 30 minutes.
2. Add the onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the pot.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 8-24 hours, skimming foam occasionally.
4. Strain the broth through a strainer and discard the solids.
5. Let the broth cool, then store in the refrigerator or freezer.
