Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef bones
  • 1 Onion, quartered
  • 2 cloves Garlic, smashed
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the bones in a large pot and cover with water. Add apple cider vinegar and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 8-24 hours, skimming foam occasionally.
  4. 4. Strain the broth through a strainer and discard the solids.
  5. 5. Let the broth cool, then store in the refrigerator or freezer.
