Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.25 cup chopped vegetables (like bell peppers, onions)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Push vegetables to the side and scramble the eggs in the same pan.
  4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix everything together.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
