Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 package Ramen noodles crushed, discard seasoning packet
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped green onions
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, crushed ramen noodles, shredded carrots, green onions, and sunflower seeds.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to make the dressing.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
