Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 2 cups Cauliflower florets chopped
- 0.5 cup Red onion diced
- 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 0.5 cup Bacon bits
Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
