  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets chopped
  • 0.5 cup Red onion diced
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Bacon bits

Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
