Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- ½ cup Raisins
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds shelled
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, raisins, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
