- 4 cups Broccoli slaw mix
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli slaw mix and shredded carrots.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the slaw mix and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
