Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Shortening

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until well combined.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring until smooth.
  5. Insert a toothpick into each peanut butter ball and dip into melted chocolate, leaving a small portion of peanut butter visible at the top. Place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Remove toothpicks and smooth over holes if desired.
