  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Top with half of the shredded cheese, the buffalo chicken mixture, and then the remaining cheese.
  5. Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
  6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
