Buffalo or Barbeque Chicken and Rice Wraps Recipe

- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- ½ cup Buffalo or barbeque sauce Your choice
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- ½ cup Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Shredded cheese Optional
1. In a skillet, heat the shredded chicken with your choice of buffalo or barbeque sauce until warm.
2. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
4. Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, followed by the rice mixture.
5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese if using, then roll up the tortillas to form wraps.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
