Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. 7. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and shape into buns. Place on a baking sheet.
  8. 8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
