  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt optional

Instructions 

  1. Pour the heavy cream into the mixer.
  2. Mix on medium speed until the cream separates into butter and buttermilk.
  3. Drain the buttermilk and rinse the butter under cold water.
  4. Knead the butter to remove any remaining buttermilk.
  5. Add salt if desired and mix well.
  6. Store the butter in an airtight container in the fridge.
