- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the flour, buttermilk, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the center is set.
