Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Croutons

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. 2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until dressing is emulsified.
  3. 3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  5. 5. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
