Caprese Salad Recipe
A simple and fresh Italian salad made with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

- 4 Tomatoes sliced
- 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate, alternating between them.
2. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
